Gus and Paul’s Corned Beef Challenge
It was a sunny day in Springfield, Massachusetts when Jamie strolled in to a fantastic bakery and deli by the name of Gus and Paul’s to take on a new food challenge. Gus and Paul’s Corned Beef Challenge had been defeating challengers since it was introduce almost 5 years prior. Of the hundreds that have tried, not one person was able to take this monstrosity down.
What is Gus and Paul’s Corned Beef Challenge?
For those unfamiliar with the “Gus & Paul’s Corned Beef Challenge,”contestants have to eat a 10-pound meal consisting of a corned beef sandwich with 2.5 pounds of corned beef, 1 pounds of Swiss cheese, 2 sliced tomatoes, 1/2 head of lettuce, a 1.5 pound water roll, 1/2 pound of mustard, and 1 pound of sliced pickles (dubbed “the worlds biggest corned beef sandwich).
